Project VICTORY
Vocational Instruction,
Community Training Opportunities for Youth
Project Victory is a program designed to help exceptional students learn the skills that will help them get jobs after they graduate from senior high school. When the students are in middle school they first get early experiences with various career clusters. Then, when they are in senior high school, they get to experience the real world of work by practicing different jobs.
The senior high school part of Project Victory is designed to provide the students with the opportunity to learn the skills, behavior, personal appearance, and reliability to get them ready for the work world.
That is how I met my Project Victory friends from Miami Edison Senior and Miami Northwestern Senior. Their community work experiences are in same building as my mom's office - where the PLC and iPrep are located. I am helping my friends by teaching them Character Education. This helps them with important behaviors at work like:
responsibility
cooperation
respect
honesty
fairness
kindness

Thank You,
Gabby
